Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to tell us, and a further 14 days to send it back. Items must be unworn, with labels and hang tag attached. We refund the full price of the item to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it.

Faulty item? Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, and we cover the return postage.
