These terms apply to purchases from calderfold.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them.

Contract. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you to confirm dispatch. Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT.

Delivery. See our Delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Cancellation and returns. You have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our Returns page.

Faulty goods. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
